Step 1 – find your target market

Step 3 – legalization of company

Now that you have decided what you want to trade and which market you’ve targeted, now you can legalize your company in DED

1. Initial Approval – once you have decided which activity you are going to do, we will get an approval from DED that will allow you to do these activities legally.
2. Trade name reservation – decide a name for your company and we will reserve it for you.
3. Corporate / local sponsor / service agent – if you wish to take a professional license under foodstuff trading you will need a local service agent. But if you wish to take a commercial license under foodstuff trading you will need a local / corporate sponsor.
4. MOA and company articles drafting and court notarization – our PRO team will fix an appointment with the court for you and guide you through the process of signing the documents.
5. Tenancy contract – rent out a executive office (200sq.ft minimum) or a warehouse if required to store your goods.
6. Generate the payment voucher – we will submit the above documents to DED and get a payment voucher.
7. License – once the final payment is done as per the payment voucher, your foodstuff trading license will be issued by DED.
8. Company Establishment and labor card – we will apply for your company establishment and labor card which will allow you to open bank accounts and hire staff under your license.
9. Bank account opening – we provide assistance in bank account openings. We will introduce you to many leading banks and you will have a wide range to select from. From submission of documents to opening the account, we will be assisting you.
10. Now you are allowed to legally trade locally or internationally in UAE.
