UAE Government has introduced new laws stating that now Expatriates/Foreigners can setup a Company in Dubai Mainland with hundred percent shareholding and there is no need for Local/UAE National Sponsor to be included in the company. Department of Economic Development (DED) has removed the need for Local Sponsor/Local Service Agent in  almost ninety percent commercial/ professional activities in Dubai.

Now expatriates can have a peace of mind that there will be no third party taking shares/interests of the company and they can have hundred percent control of their company operations including: Company Formation, Corporate Banking, Liasing with Government Departments (Authorities governing their respective industries), applying visa applications with Immigration (GDRFA) and Ministry of Labor.
